	"extra_info" => "JINX has been performing longform improv in Washington, DC for over 4 years.  JINX members have performed in past Del Close Marathons (with iMusical, Jackie, and The Shower), the Chicago Improv Festival (where we will be performing again this April), the North Carolina Comedy Arts Festival (formerly the Dirty South Improv Festival), the Philadelphia Improv Festival, the Baltimore Improv Festival, and the DC Comedy Festival.  The show's home base is in Washington, DC, where we are directed by Washington Improv Theater's Executive and Artistic Director, Mark Chalfant.

Our cast members have trained with UCB, and Washington Improv Theater , in addition to participating in numerous festival workshops with instructors like Joe Bill and Asaf Ronen.  Last year, JINX was accepted into the Chicago Improv Festival's Apprentice Program, where we participated in two days of intensive workshops with our coach Jeff Griggs.  

The JINX show explores what happens to ordinary people when they find themselves in extraordinary circumstances. We follow 2 people in a close relationship as they embark on a quest based on an audience suggestion; along the way, they encounter friends and enemies, allies and obstacles.  The focus is always on heightening the relationship between our 2 heroes using strong characters and strong storytelling work.",
