Formed in 2008, Statues of Liberty has quickly become one of the most exciting improv groups in New York City. Based at the city's youngest improv house, The Magnet Theatre, Statues has consistently rocked out their Saturday night open-run. With training and experience in both Chicago and New York, Statues of Liberty's unique style aims to push improvisation and comedy to new levels and always--always--rock hard. "Critic's Pick!" -Time Out New York "An example for the rest to follow." -The Apiary "The kind of energized, fearless performance that's been lacking since some of NYC's old-guard teams got complacent." -Time Out New York Statues of Liberty is Russ Armstrong, Peter Mcnerney and Nick Kanellis.
