What:
Cartel is a nefarious improv syndicate operating out of New York City. Unable to dismantle this dangerous collective, authorities surrendered to the network in 2008 after a tense standoff. Since then, the subversive activities of Cartel have contributed to the proliferation of underground comedy across the city.
